By commissioning me you agree to the following:

Myself, as the artist:

1. Maintain the rights to my work and publishing it in any form.
2. Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. HOWEVER, I will not post pieces upon request.
3. Maintain the right to turn down any commission.

You, as the client:

1. May NOT use your commission for a profit.
2. May NOT claim my artwork as yours.
3. May print/use/modify your commission for personal use.
4. May post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me.
5. Must request any deadlines in advance, otherwise an extra fee will be added to the final price depending on the size of the project.
6. May request additional changes free of charge during the sketching phase, and once during the flat coloring phase. Additional changes will be added with a fee. Changes due to my own negligence will be free of charge.
7. DO NOT use my art or sell it for NFT purposes under any circumstances!
8. You will receive: a jpeg/png version of the artwork (psd/source files for an additional fee of 7$)*For more info on buying copyrights, please consult with me.

Payment:

-Payment via Paypal only in USD currency
-50% of the final price is required before starting work and the rest upon completion (BEFORE receiving the final digital version-I will send a screenshot/watermarked version as proof)

I will NOT draw:

-any form of hate art
-underage characters in nsfw scenarios
-controversial figures
-some extreme fetishes (ask for more details)
